Ezz Steel – Manufacturer in Cairo

Ezz Steel is Egypt's largest steel company and one of the biggest independent steel producers in the Middle East and North Africa. Founded in 1994, it has its head office in Cairo and runs plants in Sadat City, Tenth of Ramadan City, Ain Sokhna and El Dekheila in Alexandria, the latter through its subsidiary Ezz Dekheila Steel. The company produces long steel products such as reinforcing bar and wire rod, widely used in construction across Egypt, as well as flat steel products, including hot-rolled and cold-rolled coils, for manufacturing and industry. Ezz Steel uses both electric arc furnace and direct reduced iron technology and exports to markets in the region and beyond. Its shares are listed on the Egyptian Exchange.
