Gulu University – University in Gulu

Gulu University is a public university in Laroo Division, Gulu City, in northern Uganda. Founded in 2002, it was set up to support the development of northern Uganda after years of conflict, and its motto is the university for community transformation. Gulu University offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes through faculties of medicine, agriculture and environment, business and development studies, education and humanities, science, law, and its institute of peace and strategic studies.
