Ethiopian Airlines – Airline in Addis Ababa

Ethiopian Airlines is Ethiopia's national carrier and the largest airline group in Africa, with its headquarters at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa. Founded in 1945, it flies a modern fleet to well over 100 international destinations on five continents and runs Addis Ababa as a major hub connecting Africa with Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. It is a member of Star Alliance, and its ShebaMiles frequent flyer programme lets travellers earn and spend miles. The Ethiopian group goes beyond passenger flights: it includes Ethiopian Cargo and Logistics Services, catering, ground services, maintenance, repair and overhaul, airport services and the Ethiopian Aviation University, which trains pilots, technicians and cabin crew. Its Skylight Hotel near the airport and its Ethiopian Holidays arm serve transit and leisure travellers, and it helps visitors with e-visa information. Travellers can book online or call the reservation and call centre numbers listed on its website.
