Description

SEN'EAU is the company responsible for producing and distributing drinking water in Dakar and the urban and peri-urban centres of Senegal, with its head office in Dakar. It took over the country's urban water supply contract in 2020, operating under an agreement with the state water assets company SONES, and it is jointly owned by the Senegalese state, private Senegalese shareholders, staff and the French group Suez. SEN'EAU runs water treatment plants, boreholes, pumping stations and thousands of kilometres of pipes, and it handles new connections, metering, billing and repairs for households and businesses. Customers can pay bills and follow their accounts through digital channels and customer agencies across the country. The company also invests in reducing leaks and improving supply. Customers can reach SEN'EAU through its free customer service number, its Dakar phone line or its email.
